You can pick up on Saturday only if you schedule the pickup before 4 p.m. on the pickup day.
We strongly recommend coming for the preview. The preview will be every day between 10 am-3 pm except Sundays. You can also see the other online or upcoming auctions as well.
The product conditions are provided to give you an initial impression. If the condition does not match, you can return it. To ensure accuracy about the conditions, please come and preview the product.
You have 3 Days to inform us of a return. For the returns after the pickup days, You will get store credits for your returns since the money is already paid to the company at the end of the first day.
If any invoice more than $100 is not picked up, it is subject to small courts. Please bid responsibly.
If the pic and the description are different, please let Esh know and it will be fixed. Do not bid if the pic and the description are wrong.
If you see any problem with any lots, please text Esh and we will fix it.
The prices are taken from premium shopping websites such as Home Depot Amazon Costco, and eBay. Please use them as a reference. If you see any wrong price info, text Esh and we will fix it.
Some of the furniture is in a box. Please see the other pictures to be sure if it is in a box or assembled.
Not tested and damaged items are as is. You can test them in the preview. If it is impossible to test here, you will still have 3 days of return time, as long as you preview.
We are not responsible for loading the items. Please bring help. When we have time, we help you load. Please show your gratitude to the workers who help you.
