You must Zelle this amount (This is the only time you can Zelle) to Thomas (214-763-3032) with your bidder number, day and time. This day and time must fit within our pickup window.

Please pick up your trash. We will begin fining or banning if we see that you leave trash out in our parking lot. Do not use our dumpsters (small trash like food bags, cups, etc is fine). Take it with you or don’t open the box until you get home. It costs $300 to empty our dumpsters. We get fined by the city if you leave trash out to blow all over the parking lot and into the roads. We will ask you not to come back.

Please bring all carts back to the checkout area when you are done loading. Please do not leave carts out randomly in the warehouse or out in the parking lot for us to come grab.

If you won something that weighs hundreds of pounds, please DO NOT show up single handed and demand that we give you full service, pull, and load your order (unless you paid for the service). We spend 10+ days setting this up and 10+ hours on pickup helping people. Our backs feel destroyed after pickup. We CAN load your TRUCK / UHAUL with a forklift. We’re NOT HERE to help you lift a 400lb vanity into the back of a van/suv because you brought the wrong vehicle to haul it. We’re NOT HERE to disassemble something or unpack a box because it won’t fit in your vehicle. Do it yourself on your own time and on your own dime. It should take 2 minutes to load a vehicle with a pallet. Stop bringing undersized vehicles for oversized products. This is an increasing problem and we will begin saying no.

99% of our auctions are PULL IT YOURSELF. We have limited staff. There are usually a maximum of 4 people on site for 1000+ items and 200+ customers removing products over 10 hours. Come in, pay, get your invoice, grab your items, load your car and leave. Please do not come into our building demanding that we pull your order unless it’s your first time, you have a medical issue, or you paid for the service. Do not send a 3rd party up here to pick up your order if they have absolutely no idea what they’re doing. We’re more than happy to guide you where something is. We’re also more than happy to load you with a forklift if it’s too heavy for you to move. There are several bidders that come into our building every week and take full advantage of our staff (handing off an invoice, standing around doing nothing). We are here to help EVERYBODY, not just you.

Please DO NOT park in the loading area UNLESS your order is ready to be loaded. There are TOO many bidders that have 50+ items that take up the loading area for 30+ minutes while they pull their order. It disrupts the entire pickup process for EVERYONE and creates a line of people bogging up the loading zone. Please use common sense and only park if you know you’re going to be there for less than 5 minutes. We also have a ramp you can push your cart down into the parking lot. Please bring the carts all the way back to the checkout area where you got it.

If you cannot pick up on time, do not bid. There is a 10% bid total late fee ($5 minimum) regardless of how much your invoice is, when you paid, or what your circumstances are. We run a very small operation and do not have space to hold orders or save items.

We are not responsible if your items are missing if you show up late and we will not refund you. Pick up your stuff on time.

Any user that has not paid for their invoice on time will be banned with a $25 administrative fee and a 10% bid total late fee to pick up your items and regain access. This is not negotiable whatsoever. Large enough invoices will either be sent to collections and will affect your credit score or will be dealt with in small claims court for damages and loss of time.

We are not responsible for loading your car or truck. Bring help and bring straps to lock everything down. We are not responsible for any damages that may occur to your car or truck. If you have a big purchase, rent a U-Haul or bring multiple cars. Please do not overload a car and attempt to drive it on the highway. We can load your truck using a forklift, but we are not liable for any damage that occurs to your vehicle. All liability is at the bidders expense.

Items with used, as-is, or please preview in the description are as is where is with absolutely no returns whatsoever.

We will accept returns for items that are non functional (we will not accept returns for items with cosmetic damage. This is what preview is for) without used, as-is, or please preview in the title in the form of store credit within 3 days of the last day of pickup. Please preview what you plan to buy. Items that require installation (big items only, excluding ceiling fans), such as a water heater, ac unit, or washer / dryer carry a 7 day warranty from the last pickup day. You must call within this window to obtain credit. Items brought back at the next auction will not be accepted unless you called within the return window.

We don't warranty hardware (nuts, bolts, screws, instruction manuals, etc.). You can contact the manufacturer in most cases to acquire any pieces you may be missing. We also don't warranty cosmetic damage. This is what preview is for. We list over 1,500 items in 7 days. We don't have the time to open every box. Call or come to preview. We do accept returns on items that are missing essential pieces (ie: Ceiling fan is missing motor, Light kit is missing cover, Garage door opener is missing tracks and remotes, etc.). These returns must fit within our warranty window described above.

All returns after you leave will be given in the form of store credit. All of our vendors are paid within 3 days after the auction ends.

Not all items have a condition description or notes. Most important things are wrapped in [brackets].

Sometimes we'll make the quantity x1 and will put [YOU ARE BIDDING ON X UNITS] in the Condition Description / Notes section.

RTV tags are stickers that are placed on products directly from the vendor. Most of the time the format is as follows:

GREEN - Product is complete and in good condition. Possibly new.

YELLOW - Product is mostly complete or the person that RTV’d the product didn’t know what it was supposed to include. A lot of products that contain a lot of hardware are yellow tagged by default. If the item requires batteries or needs to be tested it is also yellow tagged by default (usually).

RED - Product is incomplete, damaged, or there may be something wrong with it.

It’s very important to understand that these stickers could be completely wrong. We’ve seen green tagged products that were completely destroyed and red tagged products that were brand new sealed in the box. This is why we have preview day.

By law, each lot goes by description x quantity. We are aware that some pictures may appear misleading. If you see more items in the picture than what is on your invoice there is a very good chance you are viewing a master pallet that contains many of the exact same item. Many of these items are in master boxes. One box could contain 4, 6, 12, 24, etc. of the exact same item. If your invoice says x 6 and you grab 6 master boxes instead of 1 box of 6 this is considered theft. If we catch you taking more than what is on your invoice this is the same as theft regardless of what you saw in the picture. If you have any questions please call or ask ahead.

Our facilities are under 24 hour surveillance inside and outside. We let you pull your own order because our cameras zoom in so far we could read your text messages if we really wanted to. Please note, any form of theft will be prosecuted to the maximum extent the law will provide. There are several of you that we are waiting for you to steal a felony amount before we prosecute. The last person we caught was on 12/22/23.

Our descriptions might not be 100% accurate. Please look at the picture to make sure you know what you are bidding on. Our titles are imported by barcode and most of the time match the title that you would find at the store (HD, Lowe's, ETC). If the description says (2-Pack) and you only see one in the picture the product might be incomplete. However, on occasion, we may only take a picture of one product if there are multiples stacked / lined up on a table (usually you'll see x2, x4, x5, xX in the quantity). If you believe we have made a mistake, please call / text us so we can correct this error. There isn't much we can do after the auction closes.

Please help us correct our mistakes. For your benefit and ours, if you see that a picture is wrong or a description is wrong shoot us a text so we can fix it. This will help 2 customers avoid disappointment on pickup day.

Most lots that contain a stock image will have at least one other picture of the actual product (or at least the box that the product is in). If we don't include a picture of the actual product (meaning we only used a stock image, not that we took a picture of the box) it is 95% safe to assume it is new (or close to new). We do our best to mention damage. We don't always catch it. Please come to preview to avoid disappointment.

We are now accepting Credit / Debit cards for 18% buyer's premium and 15% buyer's premium for Cash. We will no longer be accepting Zelle (too many bidders Zelle the wrong person). Any and all chargebacks will result in a permanent ban across the site and may include legal repercussions.

We're not here to screw you over, but it is important to understand that we are liquidating salvaged / returned / undelivered / out of season / damaged / overstock products from big box retailers. Only 30-40% of the product we receive is brand new. We do our very best to throw out items that are extremely used / damaged / trash. Please do not bid expecting to get 100% brand new products and please call about or preview the items you plan to purchase.
